Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind every TMG Industrial tool. Here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

30-day return window

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items should be in resalable condition with original packaging when possible.
• After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

You must contact us first

All returns and refunds require you to contact us first. We do not accept unannounced returns, and refunds are not issued automatically. To start a return or request a refund, email cs@tmgindustrial.com or call 1-888-467-5788 with your order number.

Refund timing

• Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of you contacting us.
• Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

How to start a return

1. Email cs@tmgindustrial.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll review and respond with return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Once your refund is approved, it's processed within 7 days of your initial contact.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, send photos to cs@tmgindustrial.com within 48 hours of delivery. Approved claims are refunded within 7 days of contact, or we'll ship a replacement at no cost.

Non-returnable items

• Items damaged through misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
• Items returned without first contacting us for authorization.
